Last weekend, Damiera did a weekend trip worth of shows.  We drove to Kansas City and Cedar Falls, IA.  We ate at our favorite place Genghis Kahn.  We played a couple great shows with some old friends. I collaged this photo booth.

I booked recording time with Mark Michalik in Chicago for August 19th for the first set of songs for Twelve Towns.  I met Mark while doing backup vocals on the most recent Tiger! Tiger! demo.  He’s alot like the Gradwell guys (only with a righteous ponytail).  I don’t totally feel like I’m cheating on Steve/Dave… but Steve will make me feel like I am.  I really wanted to come home to record the songs, but it’s just not in my budget with the amount of time I have to get them done. Anyway, I’ll be doing the following songs for my 7” split with Bob & Lauren… Nashville, TNCambridge, MABillings, MT Above is a photo of the list I’d made when I first had the idea.

My buddy Jeff (whom I’ve never met) at Redwall in Milwaukee, WI made me my own IIOI screen so I can print my own merch at home.  I’m ordering blank American Apparel stuff this week so I can start printing shirts on my roofdeck. If you want a custom one, mail me a shirt.
